  When I visited the office of Southern Memorial to pick out an infant’s grave marker I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism I encountered. One woman walked out of a back room and burped the loudest burp with no attempt at holding it back. The front desk was a social circle with everyone stopping
  to exchange laughter and talking as loud as possible. It was a circus. There was no attempt of showing respect or dignity. I was very disappointed and upset. Picking out a marker for my daughter’s grave was very emotionalI and I certainly wasn’t expecting the atmosphere that I encountered.
