  If there was a negative rating - Id happily rate it. -5.
  
  Menase, the man who claims to be an accountant that's serves his "community" is a man who takes advantage of his clients, he is deceitful and disrespectful.
  
  To date, I have done my own taxes, as for now it's simple being that I'm young without any assets at the moment.
  
  The only reason I agreed to allow Menase to do my taxes is because he advised it would be free being that he was doing my man's taxes at a cost, as his taxes are far more complex - I expressed to this man, that I can do the taxes myself, but since we were already in the office and it was free ... I agreed, as I had all my essentials on a digital platform and readily accessible.
  
  Nonetheless, upon receiving my completed taxes, I see a deduction for $111 for simple tax services.
  
  When I approach this unethical accountant regarding the additional charge, he presumes to insult me by calling me a liar and crazy, denys our conversation about agreeing to do my taxes for free contingent he was charging my man, then continues with his paperwork without providing any solution to his disservice.
  
  Menase lacks any and all aspects of client services, nor is a trustworthy professional..... I reiterate he is deceitful, disrespectful and needs to have his license revoked.
  
  Stay away.
